Video Guy recommends: VERONICA MARS!!! Even if you never saw the TV show, the movie stands alone well enough - and the back-story is presented sufficiently. I hope lots of people go see it. It is not an Academy contender, but that's not the point. It would be cool if this Kickstarter experiment worked for Rob Thomas and the cast - and for the cult of fans (us included). Selfishly, I would love to see another movie after this one. The series was great fun, and we felt like we lost some really fun friends when it ended.
